Dividends – A dividend disbursement will be issued at the end of the calendar year.
Repurchase - The repurchase right gives the Owner the first right to buy back the sold stock from the shareholders at the original price paid plus 8%.
Alternate - Should the buyer(s) wish to discuss alternative purchase options; these will be considered on merit.
