We opened our doors October 2018 in the heart of Manor house, Just beside Manor house tube station and have been very successful ever since opening. We are well known to the area and to North London in a short amount of time due to giving good service along side good breakfast/brunch and serving Italian pizzas in the evenings.
We have been rated number 1 on tripadvisor also.
We are based in MAnor house literally few metres away from the Tube station and have a very extremely high footfall but however we do not catch this trade due to opening at 9am this can be done with introducing coffee/cakes/sandwiches from early morning if you open earlier but the choice is yours!
We are also opposite the entrance of Finsbury park and is a very popular park in north London with concerts and festivals being held every year (Wireless festival & pride festival etc)
Manor house tube station has over 8,000.000 footfall a year which is a very busy line as links to Central London and Airports are very easy to access this allows a high volume of tourists in the area.
A very successful with a very profitable business model which is very easy to manage and run.
Travelodge hotel opening right across the road with 132 rooms to be introduced early 2020 and high amount of flats being built in the local area.
We have other reasons for sale and this is not anything to do with the business but personal.
*We do not have a coffee machine which can be introduced (no speciality coffee in the area)
*We do not have a wide selection menu in the evenings (pasta, grilled dishes can be introduced)
*We close at 11pm (licence is till 2am everyday)
