Cinzano is a junior mining company in Mexico and has obtained exclusive mining rights to this dormant silver-lead-zinc mine in the mining-friendly state of Hidalgo.

It was previously mined by hand in the 1970s. We will be mechanizing and scaling the operation to 25 tonnes per day, enough for 30+ years worth of mining on the vein.

It is a sulfide vein containing a minimum of 250,000 metric tonnes of ore with an average grade of 900 grams/tonne of silver, 12.2% lead, and 4.4% zinc per tonne. All the mine infrastructure is in place, such as adit (tunnel) and headframe.

Cinzano has started the permitting process, and based on communications with the permitting body, we will receive them between now and Q3. Cinzano owns all the equipment needed to operate, so within a couple of weeks of getting the permit, we will be in production.

Annual profits, after tax, are projected to be at least $2.5m.

We are looking for an investor(s) for 1-3% of the company, with each 1% costing $35,000 USD. Cinzano would be willing to sell a minimum of 0.5% to an investor.

Annual dividends on 1% would be at least $25,000, at current prices of metals, for the entire life-span of the mine. The equity position is in the company itself and not this one single project, therefore the equity extends to all other activities and projects that Cinzano is involved in.
