The property was completely renovated at our expense through a capital investment till January 2018 and is situated 60 m from Tulum Bus station. The attractive rent agreement with the owner of the hotel is a fix monthly rent till December 2027 and can be renovated after that period. We are selling the management of the running hotel, not the property. The team counts 13 employees: an hotel manager, 3 receptionists, 3 cleaning ladies, a night shift supervisor, one technician, one person specialised in the pizzeria production, one that is managing the pizzeria and also able to produce the pizza and two additional waitresses. The hotel counts 30 rooms on three floors that are fitted with furniture and a private bathroom. The rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning or with fan.
