Ariani’s is an experience in southwest Florida like no other. Dario and Alice started Ariani’s in 1989 in Cape Coral after previous very successful restaurants. The food is something for very special occasions that you can eat at every night. Beautifully prepared and flavorful dishes, a warm family environment, and beautiful surrounding make for an incredible experience. The restaurant is open for 30 hours a week and the owners currently take 2 months of vacation per year. The restaurant has consistent success throughout its 30 years of existence. Here is what the most famous critic in Southwest Florida has to say,
2018 -“Chef-owner Dario Zuljani is about as Cape Coral as they get. He and his wife, Alice, moved to the Cape in 1976. They opened their first restaurant, Dario's, in the Coral Pointe Shopping Center in 1982. In 1989 they moved across Del Prado Boulevard and opened the near-legendary Ariani. The restaurant is wonderfully old school; dark and quiet, bedecked in drapes and Zuljani's own hand-painted murals. His from-scratch menu reflects his life in the Istrian peninsula of northern Italy. It's hearty, rich and home to one of the best pates I've ever eaten. I don't get to go back to Ariani nearly often enough, but each time I do I fall in love all over again. And with Dario and Alice eyeing retirement, there's no better time to go than now. “
2019-“When most of this new wave of Cape restaurateurs were still in grade school, Dario Zuljani was masterfully honing his craft. The chef-owner of Ariani has spent more than 50 years cooking, 30-plus of them in Cape Coral where he opened Ariani in 1989. The restaurant is an old-school taste of Northern Italy, specifically the Istrian peninsula where Zuljani and his wife, Alice, grew up. His pastas are simple and restrained. His crisp schnitzel is classic. And his chicken-liver pate might be the best in town. Zuljani has taken a step back from the restaurant in recent years, but, like the master he is, he's created a team that's picked up right where he left off.”

This is a first class and highly efficiently run business with a proven track record of profits and patronage. Ariani has no existing liabilities or health code violations. Ariani also possesses a full liquor license in the state of Florida. Dario and Alice also have set the restaurant up for continued success as he has begun to transition his staff to working without him in the kitchen and remained the high quality of food and service.
