An initial single territory with a regional licence was bought, followed by three further regional licenses in 2012. The regional licenses cover trading in Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex and Kent.
The business currently runs as an “executive/CEO” model and could become an “owner/operator” model, depending on the buyer’s interests. It is presently overseen part-time by the owner with a full-time employed Office Manager, and five self-employed contractors to fulfil all daily operations. The Office Manager works Mon – Fri 10am – 6pm; the self-employed staff work flexible hours according to seasonal demand.
