Limited competition. Nearest accommodation option as a guest house is 16 km from us but services a different market to that of us. The nearest lodge that markets to the same clients being internationals that look for sustainability and eco options is 90km from us and we do partner with each other well. Generally, we compete on the location Drakensberg and Natal Midlands.
We have been operating the lodge for the past 20 years and would now like to travel and experience the many corners of the earth that we have till now only dreamed about before we get too old to be able to manage it.
