Business was established in Sept 2015 with first license to operate being obtained in March, 2016, for the Houston branch. Owner put in substantial effort and presentations to develop an alliance with Texas Workforce Commission. Worked with local DARS rehabilitation officers, hope mansions, churches, school alumni and heavily invested on Digital marketing and automation systems. Typical Career School approval takes anywhere from 12-18 months, with an established branch to get through the process. All course work, material and catalogs were built from scratch by identifying job demand. SEO and digital optimization works so well that it brings and tracks records of 200-250 leads a month.
In August, 2017, they opened the San Antonio branch, then in January, 2018, they opened the Dallas branch. Owners strategy is to open one branch every year, which brings $70-100k in profits per location. 2018 resulted in combined sales of $400k, and SDE of $150-160k from 2 established branches, and the 3rd recent Dallas location which is still developing.
