This includes Copacolla, Summer Sausage, Hard Salamis, Pepperoni,Bologna, Smoked hams, Chicken, Turkey, Pulled Pork, Bacon, Pastrami, Corn Beef, Beeg Jerky, Smoked Fish,Pickles. We have a local baker make our own special breads that include Rye, Multi Grain, Wheat, Herb along with special for BBQ pulled pork. We make our won hot sauces that are bottled and sold, Fire in the Hole, Volcano Verde and Reserve.
